Join us for a weekend of fun, music, and food at the "Mind, Body and Soul Festival" in Amherstburg! This exciting event brings together sports clubs from our area to showcase what they have to offer and engage with the public. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover new ways to exercise your mind, body, and soul within our community.

The  Amherstburg Mind Body Soul Festival was established with a vision to bring various organizations together for the purpose of promoting and supporting healthy living.  

The event is scheduled for Friday, July 19, 2024 and Saturday, July 20, 2024 at the Libro Centre with a variety of activities and opportunities for all ages.
